The city of Clayton is a warm and friendly town with lots of unique and fun shops and a great local food scene! Surrounding Clayton is a wealth of both indoor and outdoor activities that will appeal to nearly all families! We have private parking for up to 5 personal vehicles.

We currently only allow dogs. Please message us with details for your dogs as we do have a pet fee and we are only allowed to host certain breeds - please provide the # of dogs (max. 2x dogs) and their breed. The pet fee is $75 per dog, non-refundable. Dogs must be leashed when outside of our home. Also please be sure to pick up after your dog uses the bathroom to ensure everyone can enjoy our property.

While daytime visitors are welcome, due to local ordinances, only registered guests may stay overnight.
Parking spaces are limited to five (5) vehicles.

Our home uses a septic system, so please be cautious of what you flush.
No wipes, hygiene products, q-tips, or paper towels.

~SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR~

To ensure we keep our home as clean and comfortable as possible for you and all future guests, please remove your shoes at the door. We provide a shoe organizer for your convenience.

~EXTRA TRASH~

If you have excess trash that will not fit into the trash cans in the driveway, please review the details in the house manual or on the refrigerator where you can take extra trash bags.

Full payment is required to complete your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your reservation 30 or more days before your check-in date, you'll get a full refund.

If you cancel your reservation 29 - 14 days before your check-in date, you'll get a refund of 50% of your total nightly rate.

After that, there are no refunds.
